Business Development Associate
Our Business Development Associates screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential for growth and financials, and by evaluating options. They develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new ventures with company operations; examining risks and potentials; and estimating partners’ goals and needs. New business deals are closed by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations. Our associates enhance the company’s reputation by accepting ownership for and accomplishing new and different requests.
Our Operations Coordinators compile financial and performance tracking reports, in the process reviewing how various departments within the company function and overseeing interactions with customers. They are responsible for inventory management and make recommendations on how to increase efficiency in a way that saves money and improves customer satisfaction. They then undergo the planning and execution of said recommendations by working with people at various levels in each department, which they master by observing and analyzing how others perform. In an effort to improve work performance they develop training procedures and guidelines and hire and train new employees to help the company grow. They work closely with management, keeping them informed of trouble spots in advance before major problems occur and proposing cost-effective solutions as a day-to-day task.
Clinical Coordinators represent physicians by answering incoming telephone calls; recording and transmitting messages; scheduling appointments for consultations and treatments. They welcome patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Optimizing patients’ satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments is important in this role. The Clinical Coordinators ensure the availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records. They maintain patients’ accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information. The protection of patients’ rights is maintained through the confidentiality of personal and financial information by the employees. The Clinical Coordinators enhance physician offices’ reputation by accomplishing new and different requests through their flexibility and and innovation.
Digital Marketing Associate
Our Digital Marketing Associates are responsible for the marketing of our company and promoting its services. As marketing associates, they oversee the different aspects of digital marketing and advertising including planning, managing, and monitoring of campaigns. With this, they prepare accurate performance reports and evaluate important metrics of marketing and advertising campaigns. They deal with Search Engine Optimization to maintain the company’s high ranking on Google. This includes creating profiles for online directories and writing short blog articles. They are also responsible for managing the different Social Media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube.
